Yin Yoga Workshop for the Hips Sunday November 19th 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Join George on alternate Sunday Evenings for a series of Yin Yoga workshops. Yin is for all levels of yogis. It increases range of motion, flexibility, helps to find a sense of relaxation and calmness, and allows for the opportunity to be truly present. Each workshop will focus on a specific area of the body or topic. The studio supplies all props. The workshop format allows for individual attention and instruction.
